10:00 AM – 2:00 PM | Event Set-Up
Assist with event setup, including assembling player gift bags, arranging table centerpieces, and preparing auction décor.
4:00 PM – 8:00 PM | Guest Check-In
Assist with guest check-in, greet attendees, support the auction, and use our GiveSmart software on an iPad (training will be provided). Additional tasks may be assigned throughout the evening.
8:00 PM – 11:00 PM | Event Clean-Up
Assist with breaking down décor, collecting trash, and supporting staff with end-of-event cleanup and other tasks as needed.

6:00 AM – 11:00 AM | Golf Player Check-In
Assist with golf player registration, check-in, and breakfast setup. Additional tasks may be assigned by staff.
10:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Golf Tournament Support
Assist golfers on the course, support par locations, and help with various event-related tasks throughout the day.
